All the individuals have to go to the grocery stores for shopping list of items either on weekly basis or on daily basis.
They have to carry such a heavy load and come back to home.

The purpose of creating shopping lists is to efficiently manage time and resources while shopping and not forget something important to buy.
In case if they forget any item which they need it immediately then they have to go back to the store or if they don’t need it at that time then they add it in the list of items they are going to buy the next time when they go to the grocery store.
Even the list that they prepare is a scrap piece of paper which can be misplaced anytime.
