Instructions:

1.Download Circuit Girl Locker

Install
3.
Open GoLocker
4.
Click on the 'Mine' Tab, and select the theme by clicking on it then on the green check mark.
Bugs:
1.
If main center unlock icon doesn't not appear when turning phone on quickly tap that area to activate.
Developers preferred layout: After theme is installed open GoLocker>settings>music-player>choose: recommended mode.
Now access your music without having to unlock the screen (floats on-top of locker)
