Users watch two minute videos posted by law enforcement agencies in their city, county, state and country based on the user's zip code or geolocation.
User can send a Crime Tip email to the law enforcement agency that posted the video.
If law enforcement use their Crime Tip to investigate and arrest a suspect, 50% of the Reward Amount is released to CrimePays and deposited into the User's Encrypted Paypal Account, minus a 3% fee for CrimePays.
When the suspect is convicted or pleads guilty, the remain 50% is release by law enforcement to CrimePays and deposited into the user's Paypal Account, minus a 3% fee for CrimePays.
App Users can share each Video with their social media.
App Users can donate money to the law enforcement agency that posted the Video to increase the Reward Amount.
CrimePays will restore trust between Community Members and Law Enforcement Agencies and allow them to collaborate to reduce Violent Crime Rates.
