Use the free Co-op Health app to:
• get your repeat medication where you want it - from any pharmacy in England, collect from a Co-op store or delivered to any address in the UK for free
• order securely on your phone or tablet
• get updates on your order every step of the way
We use NHS login to give you a choice about how you securely register for Co-op Health.
You may already have an NHS login, a single, secure login that enables you to swiftly access health and social care apps and websites wherever you see the NHS login button.
You can either:
- Get your unique online access codes from your GP surgery and enter them into the Co-op Health app.
You usually have to get these codes in person.
- Prove who you are using NHS login - this means submitting a photo of your ID and a short Video of yourself (with no need to go to your GP surgery to get the codes).
Once your identity is checked and verified, you will be able to use your NHS login to access a range of websites and apps.
You only have to do this once.
Doing this sets up a secure connection with your GP record.
This means you can see all the medication you have on repeat prescription and choose what you need to order.
How it works
1.
Download the Co-op Health app and set up your account.
2.
See what you have a repeat prescription for and choose which you want delivered, where.
3.
Your GP will check your order and we'll let you know when it's approved.
4.
Get email updates on where your order’s up to.
Check if you can use Co-op Health
To get your repeat prescriptions from Co-op Health, you must be:
• registered with a GP in England
• have medication that’s on a repeat prescription
• have a delivery address in the UK or be able to collect your medication from a pharmacy in England

Updates:

You can now collect your medication from a Co-op store.
Your medication will be sent to a Post Office or locker in a Co-op Store.
