Download this app named Cirkl Classic.

Cirkl helps you discover what is happening around you and co-ordinate activities with others.
Here is how to get started:
   * To plan an activity with your friends or shout out something to the world, tap the '+' sign on the home page and proceed
   * To discover what is happening around you, head to the 'Public' cirkls tab on the home page
You may also use it simply for taking notes, adding reminders for yourself or cirkl-ing something that is interesting.
