BYMOV is an exchange and trading, buy & sell App based on 100% Video content.
20 seconds Video pitch are uploaded and displayed to sell your items faster and your neighborhood.
BYMOV allows to post items in a matter of a few seconds, to reach out to buyers and sellers.
The efficient internal messaging system facilitates the transaction and all for free.

BYMOV OPERATION:
Once the application is downloaded, you can start selling by pressing on the application camera “Sell” then shoot the item for up to 20 seconds.
Once you have accomplished your recording, you go to the next page to enter category, price, title and description if you wish.
If you are buyer, surf the different videos, in one click on one of the videos, it goes into Play, clicking on the same Video again, it gets to full screen.
On the home page:
Use the filter at the top left to search by price, distance or date.
Use the icon at the top right to invite your friends.
FOR MORE SELLING:
You should indicate a title for your article on sale, some keywords.
Your Video should highlight the article.
A difference is made when you add comments, a PITCH to highlight your article.
HOW TO BUY:
Once the application has been downloaded and after creating your profile, scroll through the categories on the home page you are interested in, or select the name of the article in the search bar.
Once you have selected the category or name of the item you can tap any of the videos in the mosaic, it is then dispayed in play mode, press again on the same Video and it will appear full screen.
Once the article is found, view the video, click on the information sheet (show details) in which the product details are located.
Use the internal messaging system to talk to the seller.
BUT do not give your personal contact details.
BLOCK A USER:
Go into the conversation with the user in question, type in the top right on the three points and type block user.
If you want to unlock a user, go into the conversation, tap on the three unblock points.
MESSAGING:
After viewing the Video of an article of interest, once can get in a dialogue at the bottom of the screen, in the messaging located on the video.
Buyers can contact sellers for information.
For security reasons, please use only Bymov internal messaging.
Don’t give your phone number at the 1st appointment.
It is important that your notifications are activated in order to receive messages.
In order to set it up, in the phone setting, go to “Bymov – notification” and activate it.
Then, in Bymov application, type Ok for permission to receive notifications.
REPORTING A PROBLEM:
Password: If you cannot log in: check your password, use “password forgotten” so that you receive an email for your password reinitialization.
Then close the application and re-launch it.

Bug: If there is a Bug, contact us at: [email protected], type “technical problem” and send your comment.
User problem: If an item or a person does not comply with Bymov's regulations, go to the Video of the article in question and tap on the three points at the top right by clicking on “report the video”.
If you have suffered an injustice by a user please report it to us in order to carry out our investigation.
To do this, please explain the reasons to [email protected].
IMPORTANT: Bymov is in no way responsible for your transaction with another user, so before making any transactions, please check the article, make an appointment in a public place.
