The application enables recording of plants and animals, in the field with the minimum of keypad action, producing a 13 column TSV table which can be exported by various means.

While the taxons and GPS references are curently designed for the UK there may be support for other places if enough interest is expressed.

Output to the MapMate system used by Wildlife Trusts and others is automatic.

Updates:

There are considerable changes in the way that taxons are chosen, and the user interface has been made a little more streamlined.
The method of saving the tables is corrected.
A backup will be left in com.recording until the next transfer.
