Download this app named Batty.

"Batty" is a simple battery information display application.
It will show you the battery temperature and level and will also have a minimum impact on your system power drain if any at all.
It only updates when the temperature or battery level updates so not every 5 seconds or 10 seconds but only when needed.

Updates:

- First drop of the application
- You can view battery temperature and level
- Low power consumption if any at all
- Different icons for different battery levels
