APSSDC – The Job App’s objective is to reach out to the unemployed youth of Andhra Pradesh through good use of Digital Technology.
It is an innovative measure where neither the employers nor the prospective candidates have to physically be present for an interview.
The employers will post their requirements on the app and the candidates will not only apply with their CVs but very uniquely have the option of recording a Video of their introduction, qualification, strengths, experience etc.
The employer sees this and if found okay can directly recruit or call them for the next round.
This saves the time, effort and resources for both the employers and the candidates.
The app also offers candidates courses to help them develop relevant skills required for clearing interviews.
Interested candidates can register into the app without any cost and can opt for online training module according to their interest.
These training modules are designed based on the requirements and needs of the employers to employ the candidates.
The candidates can undergo the modules and receive feedback from their peers and improve their skills based on the same.
On successful completion of the module one can apply for the suitable jobs from the jobs listing in the app and can attend the virtual interview organized by various employers at the provided time.
