Signup with your phone number.
Add friends from phone contact.
Send a message to your friend.
When he receive the message he will know that he got it from one of his friend, but he won't know from which friend he got it.
Also you can create a group conversation where all members know other group members.
But during the conversation they won't know the sender Id.
