Alarm App is an application to provide mechanisms to trigger alarms by volunteers, validate the alarm by FSCD command control center admin users, notify all users when an alarm is validated and act accordingly.
The system contains three level of users:
1.
BDRCS Admins: Have full access to all features, in addition they will administer the urban volunteers access.
2.
Command Control Centre of FSCD Admins: Can validate alarms or initiate alarms.
3.
Volunteer: Trigger alarm, see validated alarms and respond.
